Zoe’s multidisciplinary background – including obtaining double Masters degrees, a knowledge of competition law and previous work experience in gathering business intelligence – enrich her approach when assisting our clients. Experienced in all major job evaluation methodologies, Zoe has assisted companies from all sectors and of all sizes, providing customised solutions and advice in matters relating to executive and staff remuneration, establishing banding structures and incentive design and review. Zoe frequently provides expert opinion on remuneration matters in relation to industrial, corporate and family law disputes.
